- Layer 1 → Base plate made of hard ferromagnetic spring steel 580 HV. Provides a strong magnetic seal and protects molded models from deformation;
- Layer 2 and 5 → Base layer with ultra-strong adhesion promoter for excellent adhesion between the top layer and the spring steel. Guarantees no risk of tearing even with repeated bending;
- Layer 3 and 6 → Intermediate layer resistant to corrosion and impact. Protects against damage caused by piercing the nozzles;
- Layer 4 and 7 → Intermediate layer Top Coat with oil-repellent porous polymer coating. Provides ultra-strong adhesion without heat and prevents 3D printing errors caused by peeling.
