High-performance material

Fiberon™ PPS-CF10 is a carbon-fibre-reinforced PPS (polyphenylene sulphide) filament designed for low warping, high heat resistance and chemical resistance. According to Polymaker, it can be printed without an actively heated chamber and has low moisture sensitivity. Its flame-performance classification depends on the specified test conditions, part design and print settings, so consult the current technical data sheet for the application.

Fiberon™ PPS-CF10 is reinforced with carbon fiber filament made from PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), with minimal distortion under mechanical strength, high heat resistance, chemical resistance for printing, and no need for a heated chamber. With exceptional fire resistance V0 and insensitivity to moisture, the filament is specially designed for professionals working in extreme conditions.

Printing, drying, and curing settings:
Printing temperature: 310˚C - 350˚C
Temperature on the work surface: 80˚C - 90˚C
Temperature in the chamber: Room temperature
Print speed: up to 300 mm/s
Cooling fan: OFF

Direct Drive:
Retraction Distance: 3mm
Retraction Speed: 40mm/s
Indirect Drive:
Retraction Distance: 6mm
Retraction Speed: 60mm/s

Recommended drying settings:
Standard drying: 100˚C for 10 hoursPolyDryer: Level 3 for 18 hours (PolyDryer™)(Only if the material has absorbed moisture)Hardening settings: 125˚ for 16 hours
