This PolyFlex™ TPU95 bundle combines one orange and one white spool of flexible 1.75 mm TPU. With a Shore 95A hardness, the material balances flexibility, impact resistance and practical printability for functional parts that need to bend, absorb vibration or recover after deformation.
What is included
- 1 × PolyFlex™ TPU95 Orange, 1.75 mm, 750 g
- 1 × PolyFlex™ TPU95 White, 1.75 mm, 750 g
- Total filament weight: 1.5 kg
Why choose this TPU bundle?
The orange and white combination is useful for colour-coded prototypes, protective components and parts that need clear visual separation. PolyFlex™ TPU95 is firmer and generally easier to handle than very soft TPU grades, while remaining flexible enough for grips, cases, seals, protective covers, wheels and vibration-damping components.
The filament is compatible with FDM 3D printers that use 1.75 mm material. A direct-drive extruder is recommended for the most controlled filament path, although a carefully tuned Bowden setup may also work. Actual results depend on the printer, extruder, nozzle, part geometry and condition of the filament.
Recommended starting settings
| Material | Flexible TPU, Shore 95A |
|---|---|
| Filament diameter | 1.75 mm |
| Nozzle temperature | 210–230°C |
| Build-plate temperature | 25–60°C |
| Print speed | 20–40 mm/s |
| Part cooling | On |
| Drying when moisture has been absorbed | 70°C for 8 hours |
For reliable extrusion, start at the lower end of the speed range, use minimal retraction and keep the filament path as constrained as possible. If you see stringing, popping or an uneven surface, dry the filament before changing several slicer settings at once.
Suitable applications
- Protective cases, bumpers and covers
- Flexible grips, handles and ergonomic components
- Seals, feet and vibration-damping parts
- Wheels, rollers and impact-resistant prototypes
