Hyper PLA RFID is a high-speed PLA filament for 3D printers with a built-in RFID chip, designed for 3D printing up to 600 mm/s and with significantly higher durability and strength than standard PLA variants.

Hyper PLA RFID combines speed, strength, and intelligent automation. The built-in RFID system automatically recognizes the filament and adjusts the printer, optimizing the parameters for maximum efficiency and tracking of the quantities used. The formula allows for 10 times faster printing – in the range of 30–600 mm/s, with recommendations for high precision and durability being 300–500 mm/s.
The diameter is 1.75 mm with a tolerance of ±0.03 mm, ensuring a smooth and reliable flow without clogging. The filament is premium wound, preventing tangling and ensuring consistent extrusion. Due to its modified structure, Hyper PLA RFID is stronger than ABS and traditional PLA, making the final part possess high structural integrity. It is suitable for a wide variety of applications – prototypes, functional parts, and design models – while remaining eco-friendly and biodegradable thanks to the PLA base.
The recommended printing settings are 190–220 °C for the nozzle and 50–60 °C for the heated bed, and the presence of an RFID chip ensures quick automatic configuration for compatible Creality printers.
