When printing at high speeds, regular ABS filament is fed quickly into the heat block, and the polymer has very little time to transition from solid to molten state, which can cause nozzle clogging and poor layer adhesion quality.
With Hyper ABS, all of this is in the past.
High impact resistance
Hyper ABS has an impact strength of 19kJ/m², almost double compared to 10kJ/m² of PLA. The printed models are stronger than those printed with PLA. Hyper ABS is suitable for printing strong and durable models.
High Temperature Resistance
The heat distortion temperature of Hyper ABS is 80 degrees Celsius, which is 25 degrees Celsius higher than that of regular PLA and can be used in environments with higher temperature requirements.
Safer and more environmentally friendly
Hyper ABS is made from materials with lower residual monomers and is formulated and produced to reduce volatile substances from thermal decomposition, to protect your health.
