DESCRIPTION
3DPower ABS is characterized by high hardness, strength, and a wide range of applications. It is one of the most widely used materials in 3D printing for producing durable parts that need to withstand higher temperatures (up to 90 °C).
3D printed parts made from 3DPower ABS are generally more flexible and less "brittle" than those made from PLA. Components printed with ABS can be treated with acetone vapors to remove the visibility of layers and provide a glossy and smooth appearance.
3DPower ABS is an excellent material for functional prototyping and manufacturing complex end-use parts.
"To ensure good adhesion between layers and reduce shrinkage, it is recommended to use a closed working chamber. In case of adhesion issues with the first layer, we recommend using an adhesive such as Dimafix or 3DLac."
Technical specifications:
Material: ABS
Filament diameter: 1.75 mm
Tolerance on diameter: ± 0.03 mm
Temperature at the nozzle: 235-260°C
Temperature on the bed: 80-100°C
Weight: 1 kg
