In brief: High speed PLA makes sense if the printer can maintain stable flow, cooling and accelerations. If the machine is not ready, good quality standard PLA often gives a better result.

High-speed PLA makes the most sense for frequent prototyping, serial small parts, and printers that can maintain a steady flow of material. If the machine or settings are not ready for higher speed, quality standard PLA often gives a better result.
