PolyMide PA12-CF is a high-quality PA12 (nylon) filament for 3D printing, reinforced with carbon fibers. Due to the low moisture sensitivity of PA12, this product features exceptional mechanical and thermal properties.

3D printing
With its innovative fiber adhesion technology, PolyMide PA12-CF significantly improves the strength of the Z-axis, providing a strong bond between the fibers and the matrix. Unlike conventional fiber-reinforced filaments, which show a significant reduction in Z-axis strength, this filament offers higher adhesion of the intermediate layer compared to unreinforced PA12.

3D printing without deformation
The Warp-Free technology from Polymaker enables the production of nylon filaments with excellent dimensional stability and almost no deformation. This is achieved through fine-tuning of the microstructure and crystallization behavior of the nylon, allowing the material to fully relieve internal stress before solidification.

Application:
The combination of ease of 3D printing and distortion-free technology makes this product ideal for manufacturing production tools and other high-performance applications.
