ABS is preferred for making engineering prototypes, automotive components, electronic housings, and many other products requiring reliable mechanical strength and resistance to high temperatures up to 90°C. Thanks to the ability for easy post-processing with acetone, the models can be smoothed to a perfect appearance, similar to injection-molded products.
