Right of withdrawal
To return a product purchased from our platform, please fill out and send us the Withdrawal Form.

If you do not wish to exchange, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it. As soon as we receive the submitted form, we will contact you to clarify the details.

Our request is that the products you return be in their original packaging, not damaged or used.

Conditions under which the right of withdrawal is exercised

According to the general terms of the internet platform 3dlarge.com for e-commerce and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have the right to withdraw from the purchased products within 14 days from the date you received your order.

The return of rejected products is at the Client's expense.

If you cancel the order, we will refund the amount due to you no later than 14 days from the date we received the returned product(s).

The payment is made using the same method that you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you.

No fees are charged for making a payment when exercising the right of withdrawal.

The payment of the amounts due is made upon providing correct bank account details, bank name, account holder, IBAN, and BIC, in the order described in Article 54 and the following of the Consumer Protection Act. and if the returned product meets the conditions for refusal. Shipments with products that have been damaged during transportation due to inappropriate packaging will be returned to the customer at their expense. Carefully pack the shipments to ensure the preservation of the goods during transport.

If the returned products do not meet the conditions and we find that they have been used, are damaged, or do not have the original packaging, they will be re-evaluated, and the difference will be paid to the customer.

NADKAM-1965 EOOD reserves the right not to refund returned products in the event of a right of withdrawal if they are damaged and cannot be used or offered again. In such cases, we will contact you to clarify the details.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for the delivery of products that are made according to the individual requirements of the customer, tailored and adapted to their personal needs.
